Hann’s Residence

The project features 416 residential units in two 18-storey blocks, connected by three link bridges

Located on 4.64 acres of land fronting the roundabout, the project features 416 residential units in two 18-storey blocks, connected by three link bridges. The apartment unit sizes range from 552 to 1,199 square feet, with 1 to 3 bedroom apartment units, while penthouses are two storeys with sizes ranging from 1,651 to 2,266 square feet. All residential units have been designed to face north or south, to avoid the direct east/west sunlight.

Sky lounge for the residents

The facilities for the residents include rooftop badminton courts, a sky lounge on the 9th and 11th floors, rooftop gardens for blocks A and B, gym facilities, an infinity pool, a landscaped garden, fountain/water feature, jogging tracks, and a playground. Alongside the residential development is Hann’s commercial centre, which consists of 49 units of retail arcades, 10 units of 3 to 6-storey strata-titled commercial units, and a boutique hotel with 48 rooms.

Skylights and greenery are introduced to create naturally ventilated semi-outdoor spaces

The design concept of the mixed development is to create a conducive living environment, allowing the residents to enjoy all the leisure and recreational facilities under one roof. The commercial components on the lower floor also serve to provide high-quality F&B outlets. Pedestrian streets and an event square with skylights and greenery are introduced to create naturally ventilated semi-outdoor dining areas, enhancing the quality of life for the residents. Fronting the roundabout, a waterfront garden with ample greenery is introduced to create a conducive living environment. Located strategically about 5 minutes away from Sibu Town Centre, The Hanns’ Residence Mixed Development is envisaged to serve as an iconic landmark to improve the overall image of Sibu Town.
