Vermont Suites are located at Jalan Stutong; the 3.81-acre site allows the apartments to be laid out with several frontages and views of Kuching city, the airport and internal courtyards.

Lush shady landscaped plantings flank both sides of the access road to generate a linear green boulevard approach. The building design is expressed in a playful contrast of solid and voids, of wall planes and landscape to ensure external and internal views.
