The extruded bay-windows add a lively rhythm to the facade

The hotel is strategically located at the Bintulu waterfront, about 1 km from the Bintulu Town Centre with spectacular views of the South China Sea. The 6-storey hotel has 113 guest rooms, with a sub-basement car parking; hotel lobby, cafeteria & conference rooms on the ground floor. The guest rooms located from Level 2 through 5, while Level 6 has a dining terrace and feature pool. The shaded dining terrace has excellent panoramic views towards town centre and the sea.

Ground floor plan

The guest rooms are laid out on both sides of a main corridor, offering city and sea views. The guest room toilets are located facing to the external facade to for ease of natural ventilation and day lighting. The aluminium louvres form part of the façade and screen off the air-cond. compressors and toilets.

The interior design of the hotel is contemporary yet comfortable and stylish

The shaded dining terrace has excellent panoramic views towards town centre and the sea

The facade has a lively rhythm which offsets the rigidity of the hotel room elevation; the extruded boxes are ‘dancing cubes’ that create interesting play of shadows and light.

The hotel won the Merit Award in the Commercial Category (Hotel) in SHEDA Excellence Awards 2016.
