The Internship
In 2nd and 3rd years, students undertake 3-month internships to transition into the workforce. These internships, once termed practical training, offer hands-on experience under external supervisors, teaching professional practice, interpersonal skills, meeting deadlines, and adapting to structured work environments, preparing them for future employment.
