A run-down waterfront shop-lot on the embankment of the Miri River was given a new lease of life as corporate offices by James Sie & Associates.

Designed by Arkitek Nurina Matnor, Sekolah Kebangsaan Tudan Jaya are painted with fun bright colours to add ‘zest’ to the learning environment.
