Atelier Timur, together with The Salvation Army and their benefactors, designed a new integrated home for children in Sarawak. The facility features self-contained family units and communal spaces, promoting a homelike environment while allowing for future expansion as an aged care service.

One Stop Collection Centre (OSCC)
Transforming the Kota Samarahan Industrial Zone with a vibrant One-Stop Collection Centre, the OSCC building, designed by RKD Architects features a retail gallery, packaging area, and flexible spaces to support local start-ups, especially women entrepreneurs, with training and networking opportunities.
Vermont Suites
Vermont Suites by Jurubina Unireka makes use of a challenging site to create an oasis of residential units interspersed with gardens and views of the city and the airport.
The Stutong Priest Retreat Centre
A retreat for retired priests by Integrated Design Consultant; planned around a courtyard, and designed to reflect the modest and contemplative character of its occupants.
Giants by the Coast
The new GIS and admin buildings at Tanjung Kidurong, designed by IDC Architects, blend function and beauty. Located 20 minutes from Bintulu, the 275 kV GIS building is a high-tech power node, while the admin building features an atrium and modern design elements.

Hup Kee Residences in Kuching offers 216 semi-furnished apartments, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units. Elevated above parking, each unit features air-conditioning, kitchen fittings, and a balcony. The eco-friendly design by MNSC Architects incorporates natural ventilation, sun shading, and locally sourced materials, making it ideal for Malaysia’s tropical climate.

Designed by Totem, this is a show unit for a luxury apartment in Kuching featuring urban chic design with sustainable elements. It has custom furnishings, neutral palette with black and gold accents.

AV3 House
Design Network Architects transformed the trapezoid-shaped site into an opportunity by offsetting the building line on both sides of the boundary, creating two distinct projections. By softening the sharp edges with a full-height curving glazing, it becomes the focal point of the house, designed to accommodate a feature tree.
