IMetal for Masjid Al-Madinah Al-Husna
Masjid Al-Madinah Al-Husna in SibuJaya, Sarawak, was designed by Arkitek Nurina Matnor as a prominent landmark blending modern design with cultural influences, standing on a cut-away hilly site. The innovative design, brought to life with the expertise and product range of IMetal, features a ‘kite’ form inspired by the surrounding area. The mosque can accommodate 2,000 jemaahs, including a prayer hall for 500 people, along with spaces for events, weddings, social gatherings, and festivals. Additionally, it includes two classrooms and a large expanse of garden-like parking spaces surrounding the mosque. Natural light and flora-inspired mosaics create a serene interior, while a rose gold dome and aluminium panelling enhance the exterior.
