However, for this housing project, we intentionally creating a contrasting environment that offers a fresh, and modern perspective, by breaking away from convention, offering individuality, privacy, and modernity to its residents. Embracing an open-plan layout, the design promotes cross-ventilation, while tall ceilings facilitate stack ventilation and abundant daylight.
