KTS Anniversary Park and Function Hall
IDC Architects has transformed a vacant property in Kuching into a public space with a landscaped park, a multi-purpose function hall for 600 people, a car park, and a restaurant. The hall's steel frame, salvaged from a disused warehouse, highlights sustainable and innovative repurposing of unused structures.

Hup Kee Residences
Hup Kee Residences in Kuching offers 216 semi-furnished apartments, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units. Elevated above parking, each unit features air-conditioning, kitchen fittings, and a balcony. The eco-friendly design by MNSC Architects incorporates natural ventilation, sun shading, and locally sourced materials, making it ideal for Malaysia’s tropical climate.
Urban Residences Show Unit
Designed by Totem, this is a show unit for a luxury apartment in Kuching featuring urban chic design with sustainable elements. It has custom furnishings, neutral palette with black and gold accents.
Alone.Together
Designed by Ar. Goh Tze Hui and David Boon from Arkitek JFN, ‘Alone . Together’ is a crowdfunded project promoting environmental sustainability and encouraging outdoor activities. It won Commendation under the Special Category in the PAM Awards 2022.
