The University of Technology Sarawak will be a major education hub, designed to significantly contribute to vibrancy while attracting more than 5,000 students and staff to the urban fabric of Sibu. Situated adjacent to the historical Sibu airport runway, the organic formation and orientation of the site grant the design team from AkiMedia the opportunity to magnify the sustainable qualities and achieve a green-rated building design.

CC.NG Architect designed this mixed development with the aim of creating a conducive living environment with leisure and recreational facilities. It features high-quality F&B outlets, semi-outdoor dining areas, a waterfront garden, and is strategically located near Sibu Town Centre, enhancing Sibu's image.
