Botanika Garden P House, designed by J HOUS Studio, masterfully balances geometric forms with an emphasis on natural light, utilising strategically placed windows and a skylight to create a calm and harmonious ambience.

Design Network Architects transformed the trapezoid-shaped site into an opportunity by offsetting the building line on both sides of the boundary, creating two distinct projections. By softening the sharp edges with a full-height curving glazing, it becomes the focal point of the house, designed to accommodate a feature tree.

A pair of detached houses in Kuching by Hwong Architect completes an enclave of homes; each a treasure chest of jewelry boxes, one contained within another.
